Returns and Exchanges

 
 

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened and unused hair extensions within 14 days of you receiving your order. We only accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or, in any way, tampered with. The gold ties on the extensions must remain intact. WE DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned or exchanged. 

 

1. What if my shipment doesn't arrive?

GLAM ANGÉLIQUE does not take responsibility for products that are sent to you unregistered. GLAM ANGÉLIQUE does not offer refunds for items sent without a tracking number. If you would like it sent registered with a tracking number this will be at an additional shipping cost to you.

 

2. How do I make a return or exchange?

You must contact us first at shop@glamangelique.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment. In the subject field please state RETURN or EXCHANGE and we will get back to you with the return address. All GLAM ANGÉLIQUE hair extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and condition. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Opened merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.

FOR EXCHANGES: Please indicate the new color of choice on your invoice as well.

 

3. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return? 

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please send your return with a tracking number - GLAM ANGÉLIQUE will not be responsible for lost packages. In the case of a refund, GLAM ANGÉLIQUE will NOT refund the shipping charges plus a $15 restocking fee per hair extension pack.

We highly recommend that you send your extensions back with a tracking number, because GLAM ANGÉLIQUE will not be responsible for lost packages.

4. Why are GLAM ANGÉLIQUE Hair Extensions non-returnable if opened?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the gold ties safety seal on the packaging has been broken.

 

5. How will I receive my refund?

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the gold ties are intact.

 

6. May I return GLAM ANGÉLIQUE Hair Extensions without contacting you?

No. You must contact us at shop@glamangelique.com prior to sending your return.
